Review content:
As a coach at clarion university I am required to use enterprise. The issue with space and hours of operation are major issues. Because I need my van early on a weekend and pick it up on Friday even if I need it on Sunday I am charged extra. I cannot leave my car there because I get parked in or I feel it is not safe; therefore it is inconvenient to have paperwork filled out at the convenience of Enterprize. I cannot always get away from my office when expected to do late day pick up even if it is delivered. If I am with a recruit there is no way I can walk away to take care of the van. Also keys should have 2 separate key rings so you don't need a wire cutter. The gas tank should always be full. I have always had a quality van; however not pleased with policy. Staff has always been helpful but I feel the issues are with upper management.
