Review content:
Five stars and my printer didn't even get repaired! Why did I give five stars then??? Because they are an honest and trustworthy repair shop. When my Canon MP560 Printer gave up on me, I brought it to another place where they were going to charge my just to take a look at it, plus any repairs. If they couldn't fix it, I would have been already $50 down. Here, they offer free diagnostics. They called me back after about day and were so up front with me and told me that they tried several common troubleshooting techniques, but that they may need to replace the printer head, which with labor would probably cost upwards of $90-100. They did not advise this because they even looked up how much a used Canon MP560 was on ebay and it was priced about $40-50. So, they were willing to do the repair if I wanted, but again didn't think it was worth it. WHO DOES that?? I was so happy they were so honest with me. I couldn't believe it. IT is rare to find this type of trust anymore in the repair business- everyone is trying to make a decent living and I truly appreciated their honestly which is why I would definitely bring anything else I needed fixed back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
