Review content:
I take my 6 month old to the main office, and we love it. Yes, it's hard to get through on the phones, but the people are busy. Get over it and keep trying just like the rest of us. If you can't get through, just go in. That's what I did when my daughter had a strange rash, and we were in with the doc within 45 minutes. Our usual doctor, I might add. The well baby appts fill up fast, but you're usually scheduling far enough in advance you shouldn't have a problem. We never have. The staff may be short with you, but they're never rude or inconsiderate, just busy.
