Needed retaining wall bricks and visited this store to get pricing info, the clerk was not familiar with the brick that I chose and gave a price that was significantly lower than Home Depot, but when I went to purchase it a week later, the same clerk gave a higher price and did not seem sorry to have given an incorrect price earlier. I went ahead with the purchase and was informed after the invoice was written up that I would be charged a deposit of $25 per pellet but would be given back only $20 when I returned it. I eventually took back the pellets that came with the delivery 13 days after taking delivery only to be told that goods must be returned in 10 days to get refund. Pointing out to the clerk that Tri City did not sell me the pellets and that I was not gettting a refund but only a return of my deposit and that they had not mentioned the return date requirement when making the sale did not persuade the clerk. She merely said that her supervisor will have to review it. Her
