Working with alpine was very refreshing. I called alpine after purchasing my first house that needed
Work . As a result I interviewed a number of contractors leaving each interview feeling like these
Contractors was out to get over on me. I realized the prior contractors was not listening to me, it was all a sells pitch; Not to mention the General I hired was a total regret (I wanted to fire him after the first 3 days). Consequently, I searched the internet for customer reviews and found Alpine heating and cooling based on the 5 stars with more than 20 reviews( I figured they couldn’t all be lying). For this reason, I called Alpine and Mike came for the appointment. Mike, was real easy going and did not make me feel pressured to buy the most expensive package he listened to what I needed and my budget and gave me the option that was in my best interest. Mike was the only contractor who made my aware of the great program energize Ct offered (zero interest rate conversion program). Mike not only gave me the info he got me approved, Plus got me a rebate! Mike and his team came in 12/10/14 8am, by 6pm I had a new Alpine Boiler and water heater! I was very satisfied when my heat came right on, my house went from freezing to cozy in a matter of 15 mins! My experience gave me a better understanding of what quality service is, Alpine heating and cooling is the definition of GREAT customer care! As of today when it comes to heating and cooling ,Alpine heating and cooling will be the first company that will come to mind ( I would certainly refer a friend or family member to Alpine)! Thanks Mike and the team! If I could give you guys a 10 star, It would be my pleasure to do so!
