They offered to show me the professional truck-mounted equipment, so I went in front and looked at their equipment and I was very impressed by the new, advanced carpet cleaning truckmount and equipment, and how clean and organized everything was. The technicians walked me through the home, asked about my concerns, and evaluated everything extensively. They explained the entire carpet cleaning process to me so that I knew what to expect, and they went over the quote again to make sure everything was up front and understood. Not only was I blown away by their professionalism, but I was blown away by how my carpets look better than I have ever seen them after they were finished cleaning!
