Review content:
High energy, clean and efficient gym. Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) and Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes are intense and a fantastic workout. The instructors push you to keep at it and motivate you throughout the class to constantly push yourself. The vibe at the gym is unlike other gyms I've joined in the past. You feel surrounded by people who are compassionate about improving their body and put in the sweat/ time to work on themselves. After being a member at Ilovekickboxing & planet fitness, I can finally say I've found a gym where I don't feel like I am being ripped off and people are actually there to workout and not slack.
