Whenever the need for a rental car arises, I choose Enterprise because of the friendly and accomodating staffs I have found everywhere. Westerly Enterprise is no exception!\r
In Tennessee last year I had to rent a car and wanted to return it to the airport. The salesman told me to return it somewhere near the airport and he would arrange for a ride for us as it was very costly to return it at the airport. It worked out perfectly and saved me $$. \r
Here in Westerly,I was offered a ride to pick up my own car without having to ask. That is great service. \r
No pressure to ""upgrade"", no pressure anywhere! Just friendly smiles and helpfulness is always going to win in my book!
