Review content:
Took my machine for cleaning---got it back not working (after a several day wait). Took it back in for repair, another long wait, items missing upon return. When I called to get them back I was told they were no good and had been thrown out and I'd probably been advised in my paperwork. (I received no paperwork and no one said a word about this). If you must use a local service for convenience, be ready to micromanage, don't take any of your accessories in, and don't expect to get it back clean or anytime in the near future. The bottom line here is greed---at the end of the day they want their money and don't care much about how your experience goes. They're farming the work out to someone else that's not local anyway, so might as well take it yourself if you can. I was deeply disappointed---perhaps my expectations were too high. Family businesses usually care more about their reputation.
