The technician was very nice. I had my water softener in a box ready to be installed. I did not expect a sales pitch on other softener. I had already done my homework and decided on the one I had purchased. He gave me the cost of putting it in and it was three times the amount of the exact one I had a plumber install in my house a few weeks ago in St. GEORGE. It was more than one hundred dollars than the unit. I wish they had told me this before they came. At least an estimate. I was not happy to pay the $39 service charge and waste my time. I felt it was a bait and switch to get me to buy a more expensive v e one.
