I had a homeowners insurance with this company, that I got two years ago. I went to their office and added insurance for another property; three months later I was sent a letter saying that the policy had been cancelled because my property did not meet the underwriters guidelines. I called the agent, and asked him to get me a policy with California Fair Plan, which is an agency that insures properties like mine, and they only do it through insurance agencies. He told me he would do it. Two weeks later State Farm sent me a bill for the policy premium, I went to see Jorge Alonzo who told me he did not write the policy, that the bill was a mistake, and that he did not get me a policy through the California Fair Plan because the commission was too little, and that he did not call me because he was ""busy"". Here I am with an uninsured property due to the laziness of the owner agent Jorge Alonzo. He even told me to go to the competitors office that he said was not far away. The worst customer service ever.
