My wife and I received an Aquasauna In home water filtration system, http://www.aquasana.com/product_detail.php?product_id=27, and we needed it installed. We had another service come out to quote installation. He took one look and said ""you're wasting time and money"" without batting an eye. When I asked him if he's seen one before he said NO. He didn't even give a quote for the installation. So we called Roto-Rooter. Andrew Rafalko came out and he too had never seen nor installed a system like this one but went right to work with me to read the schematics and installation recommendations. We discussed all aspects and made sure we both felt confident to move forward. He let me know labor costs and had to drive out to the local hardware store to gather all the necessary parts even before I signed the quote so that he would know parts cost. While he was out he used his vast knowledge to identify how to bypass the system in case of an emergency and reviewed that with me too. He worked Diligently and patiently. He even worked a little past the hour to be sure there were no leak, the system was secure, and working properly. I would recommend the Aquasauna system to any one who asked and Andrew to do the installation.
