Review content:
Arrangements were made while traveling to St. Petersburg, FL to have two new front tires installed when I traveled to south AL. Date and time established and I was expected when I arrived for appointment. Staff was very courteous and the loaner car easily arranged for the time it took to install the tires. Complaints about the massage function of the driver's seat could not be resolved in the short amount of time in South AL, so the Equus service writer phoned the dealership in VA, where I live, to try and communicate the issue discovered. The Eastern Shore Equus service writer also included the part number on my service report.
This is a very service driven department and a joy to work with.
