Purchased laminate, removed all old flooring, worked non stop gor 4 days straight getting the room ready. The installers walked in said the sub floor wasn't stable and tried to charge us $1000 extra to replace subfloor that was fine, and refused to put our floor down. We did everything we were told to do by the sales rep. Awful company and liars.
