Review content:
They were unable to complete my oral exam due to their imaging equipment issue. They asked me to reschedule an appointment. However, I received the full bill for my oral exam, covered by my insurance, but extra services I did not request nor received. When I tried calling, several time, unable to get hold of someone and that of different day and time of the week. After 4 months, I received a recommended letter. I tried calling again to inquire about all those charged when I only request a preventive oral exam as covered by my insurance plan, but they only had time for me to submit my overdue payment otherwise they would take other action. I asked one last time to receive explanation and confirm that I didnt receive full service and they were unprofessional about. I finally paid because I go fed up but they are a COMPLETE SCAM about money and are not available to answer question or follow up. Do not go there!
