A rep. at Home Depot gave me a brochure about a special tune up offer your company was promoting.
I told her I would mention it at our meeting and she asked my name. She said tell them to mention my name to the service man.
I live in a 55+ community, and many of us are way past 55 and not physically able to do a lot of maintenance. I posted the brochure on our bulletin board and told the residents about it at our weekly meeting..
I took advantage of the offer and ultimately signed a 5 year service contract. I know another resident opted to have their unit replaced. We are both very pleased with the knowledge, friendliness and prompt service we received. Thank you and Thank Home Depot for sponsoring this opportunity.
