My house was built in 1950 with all the old character and charm that I love and that you don't see in newer homes today. Unfortunately the downside of an older home is when repairs need to be done they can be very costly. I needed to have the hot water heater replaced and found out I going to also have to bring some of the pipes, gas lines, and venting up to current code. I hired Bonney Plumbing, etc. to do the job. Bruce #388 came to do the work. Bruce was friendly, professional and very thorough in checking what work needed to be done. When it appeared there may be a structural issue problem to bring everything up to current codes, Bruce did not hesitate to contact the engineer and quickly came up with an alternative solution that not only brought everything up to code but also made the house more functional than before. Bruce quickly got the changes approved and worked tirelessly to complete the job. He finished everything in only 1 day and that includes all cleanup and removal of all the old material as well as testing everything to ensure it worked properly. I was amazed by the results. I absolutely love the work he did. Thank you Bruce for the excellent job! The added bonus was the price was great for all the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Bonney Plumbing, etc. to everyone.
