Back in March 2010 we contacted Bellmead Pools to come out and get our above ground Doughboy pool ready for the swim season. The pool had been purchased from them by previous owners of our home. They were very prompt about sending someone out. He cleaned and placed chemicals in the pool. The next morning pool was less than have full of water. The man who had cleaned the pool had sliced a hole in the pool. We were assured that Bellmead Pools would stand behind their work for according to Tina, "we have been in business for 32 years". She sent someone out to patch the hole until they could get an installer out with the new liner. Due to the water leaking out of the pool from the hole a rut developed under the ladder. According to Tina, "it would be next month, April, before "her installers would be in the area". No installer showed up in April so we contacted Tina again in May and we were assured they would be out in June. No installer in June and now another hole had developed
