Thank you, thank you, thank you, you guys are amazing the brake job and other auto repairs you did were awesome!!!
Being a young female I am very skeptical about being ripped off by auto repair mechanics and having been ripped off multiple times by multiple places but Valley Automotive were fast, affordable and honest.
I was told by a another facility on American Pacific that I needed a complete brake job including rear brakes, rotors, cylinders and calipers plus I was also told that it would cost over $1000 to get the job done!!!
After searching online I found Valley Automotive and they were amazing, I am so happy that I found them. KC who I spoke to on the phone made time to see me for a free second opinion for that day. After the inspection they took me out back and showed me the problem, apparently I was down to the metal on the pads and needed rear brakes and rotors BUT I did not need ANYTHING ELSE.
I am so happy that I found Valley Automotive,they now have a customer for life. Thank you.
