Pick up was on time (a little early actually). Murphy's law, my son had a blow out poopy diaper right before pick up and I was in the middle of changing him when the pick up arrived and honked the horn to indicate he had arrived. So I picked up my naked son and walked out my front door briefly to indicate why I was delayed and acknowledge that the pick up had arrived so he wouldn't drive off. The pick up guy stayed in the car and did not offer any help as I loaded my son's car seat and all our gear, but he was an older gentleman and at least was very patient. The pick up vehicle (van) also could have been a little cleaner; it was in need of a good vacuuming. As it turns out, they had a LOT of reservations that day. So they cleaned out the van we were picked up in and rented it to me. Service was very friendly and relatively quick so we could be on our way.
