Yesterday I had a plumbing inspection done by service pro Clinton R. from Bonney Plumbing. I would definitely recommend this technician. He came on time, was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain to me everything he was checking, why, what the normal ranges of the water pressure should be, and what mine were, checked for leaks and any signs of problems, and what signs to look out for when something is wrong, what is normal wear, and when things should be replaced. He did a thorough inspection checking all the sinks (under and over), tub, showers, toilets, hot water heater and outside water lines. I had a 20 year old hot water heater that needed to be replaced and brought up to code (bad pipes). He explained all the work that need to be done and why, in detail what work they would do including bringing pipes and venting up to current code, pulling the building permits with the city to have the work done and having it inspected by them, how long it would take, all the costs involved, and their warranty on the work and the products. He also explained different options I could choose based on costs. He never used high pressure sales tactics on me and stated regardless which company I decided to go with, I should use a licensed plumber to ensure the job was done right, warrantied, and inspected for my own safety and peace of mind. I really appreciate all the time he took answering all my questions (and I had a lot) and concerns to make me feel confident in choosing to get the work done. Because of him I decided to go with Bonney Plumbing to do the work. Sure, I could have shopped around and maybe found a cheaper plumber but I don't believe I could have gotten such excellent customer service and peace of mind from another company. I am looking forward to having all the work done in a few days. I want to say thanks to Clinton R. for the excellent service.
