Review content:
I was really upset that I had to wait about an hour and 30-45 mins before getting checked out on 3/6/15. They had about 10 people waiting for cars not including the cars being returned. One thing they did do was try to handle all the sudden confusion professionally. The only other thing that upset me was being charged for the over mileage. the web site shows that anything outside of NC/SC would be given 100 miles per/dy. So that led me to believe that anything inside of NC/SC would be unlimited mileage. No one asked me where I was traveling to, in order to make changes to the contact before leaving. That weekend I traveled to Columbia, SC, and was hit for over mileage on my return. I use enterprise a lot and this had never happened before. The employee helping me claimed that he couldn't go back and charge for the $12/15 bucks a day for unlimited mileage claiming first that it would be about the same ummmm $36 even if it was $45 a day it's not the same as $55. Then later he said that he could possibly lose his job. I didn't have time to go into this issue so I just paid to get out of there. That situation made me not want to come back to enterprise.
