I had the recent misfortune to take my Astro van to Lou's tire mart for a tire rotation. No one but Lou's has touched my tires since the last tire rotation. The fellow at Lou's told me they could not get the left tire off because a nut was to secure. I mentioned heat, which was ignored, the sales man said they would have to break the nut, here he meant snap the lug and nut off. I asked if they would fix this, no was the answer and that was that. I will never go to enger or lou's tire mart again.
