This enterprise is one of the worse enterprises I have ever done business with. I fly into nj every week and had rented from this place using my debit card at lease 5 times. One day I get a call saying Kevin we value your business but you can't rent here again without a debit card. Please bring someone with you with a credit card and we can take care of you again. Fine i said and on next rental i will do so. After bringing my aunt who used her AMERICAN EXSPRESS card i was told oh no every driver needs a credit card and told i couldnt rent. I use to work for enterprise and know every branch has the option to make exceptions and each one can choose how they enforce their policy. The manager was very nasty to me adding extra fees ive never once got on previous rentals there such as addition driver fee and charged me per day instead of weekly on a 10 day rental. I also booked a full size the only had Inteldiate I got an elantra but still charged the full size. I asked if I could be comped and the Manager told me no. Just a very poor service especially when each brach is responsoible for making their œen money. I now have my own credit card and as we speak have a 450.00 rental from another enterprise. The money was never a issue so I didn't make a big deal just took my business to another enterprise who values me. Its not enterprise its just this branch. Do not Go unless u absolutely have too. There are other enterprises in the area
