We dealt initially with Joe at Pride Flooring. He is very knowledgeable, and presented himself well. He showed up on time to all of his appointments, and gave us good advice as to the different options we had. Overall he helped us get the project underway, and coordinated with a kitchen remodeling that was going on at the same time. They installed luxury vinyl tile throughout our home, as well as new baseboards all around. His installers showed up on time, and worked hard and continuously. They took lunches on an individual basis in shifts, so the crew was always working. That was nice as far as keeping the flow going. They spent a day and a half doing the installation, and all of the crew were very meticulous, even in places where the flooring wouldn't be seen. They made it look like if you removed the appliances, we still had a good floor and baseboard underneath. They were very detail-oriented.
