Charles M (HVAC Service Technician) was extremely professional and resolve the heating issue with my Gas Furnace. It took him less than 10 minutes to find the issue and less than 5 minutes total to resolve it. He provided excellent insight in the age of the unit, recommended services that should be done for the unit. Will use Horizon services again in the future. Thanks Charles.
