Review content:
On Friday Feb 20,2015 we were on our way home from vacation, trying to beat a predicted winter storm of 4-6 inches of snow. I lost a tooth from my top plate while eating a granola bar in the car. I called my dentist who was about 4 hours away. He was closed on Friday and would not reopen until Monday. It was my birthday and I did not want to wait over 3 days to have the tooth put back. My husband checked the internet for an Aspen Dental office on our route home. We were able to contact the Marion IL location. After explaining my problem, Sara gave us directions to their office. As luck would have it we were only about 15 miles away. After arriving and being told the tooth could be put back, we were told it would be about a 2 hour wait. I explained we could not wait 2 hours because we still had over a 2 1/2 hour drive home and were trying to beat the winter storm. Sara checked back with the tech Paula. When she returned she said Paula would put a rush on it and try to get us back on the road. I am thrilled to say that in a little over an hour we were back on our way home. We were very impressed with the staff and the attention they gave us under trying circumstances. Our gratitude to Paula for all her efforts to fix the problem and get us out in such a timely way. We did beat the storm home by 30 minutes and I was able to smile on my birthday. A big Thank You to the staff at the Marion IL Apsen Dental. Barbara Chumbley
