I used this company only one time with the intent of using them on a regular basis but one time was more than enough. I have used pet sitters for the past 10 years without incident and I am very thorough when hiring a pet sitter. I have very specific requests which I made VERY clear to L'Dann during our first meeting one being I would like to know how my pets are doing during or immediately following each visit which I hardly feel is too much to ask however every time I inquired about my pets well being I was met with a terse reply as if my inquiring about my pets was an annoyance to L'Dann. Second thing, I feed one of my dogs canned food that I specifically asked to be disposed of in the outside trash can only to come home to find the opened can of dog food in my fridge leaving my whole fridge with a very foul odor. She also quoted me several different figures each one higher then the next until I had to screen shoot and text our original conversation detailing the original agreed upon rate. I strongly recommend that you think twice before hiring this pet sitting service. I don't feel that the well being of your pet is their number one priority nor is maintaining your peace of mind while your pet is in their care. It has been my personal experience that their main priority is getting your money and providing minimal service.
