first rental was better however it wasn't clean either. looked like someone had spilled something in the van. the second time I listened to them go back and forth for a half hour to find a rental because they had given mine away. when we found one it was at the car wash. fab.... expect the seats were wet. did he he offer me another car? of course not. because the contract was already drown up. did he offer any way to correct it nope. except sit in the plastic. luckily my two little girls were in car seats or I would have been really mad. the coralla I had the check engine light was on and another one came on the whole time I had it. 1 week. I have rented from this for the last 5 years as we take a trip to tn every year but this was by far the worst experience
