On Tuesday 2/17/2015 I returned a rental to this location and forgot my garage door opener and employee parking hang tag inside the vehicle.... the store Manager Alex informed me that he cleared that vehicle for rental and he did not see it... I assured him it was in there, he kindly phoned the next renter and she stated that it was indeed in the vehicle and that she would return it to Enterprise. I have phoned 3 times twice speaking to Alex and once speaking to a Michael only to be told they would get back to me. It is now 2/23/2015 and this no one from this Enterprise location has returned any of my calls. \r

VERY disappointed as I HAVE NEVER had an experience like this with this company only this location.
