I had been taking my 2000 Lexus RX300 to another independent repair shop in Marietta for a number of years, but when I was quoted the same price as a franchise dealer for a scheduled 180,000 (90,000) mile service I decided to shop around. I contacted Lextechs for a quote and received one which was much more in line with what I expect to pay to a shop that does not have all of the advertising expense and overhead of a franchise dealer. My service adviser was Matthew Durdin who was very patient and explained completely the scope of the work to be included. I had a few other issues with my car that I asked him to address at the time of service. After evaluating the repairs, he wrote me a detailed email explaining what he would recommend to be done. In discussing whether or not to go ahead with the additional repairs, he was very candid helping me decide if the age and mileage of my car would justify the expense. I decided to authorize all of the repairs that he recommended and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the service that was performed. I believe that I have added years to the life of my car which has always been reliable and with the quality of maintenance that I have found with Lextechs, I expect to drive it well into the future. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Matthew and to David (the technician) who did the actual work, for their courtesy, efficiency and competence. They really know the Lexus line very well and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who has a Lexus. I have great confidence that Lextechs will strive to give their very best attention to the care of both the customer and the car!
