Dear Steve:
I am writing this letter as high praise for the outstanding job your crew did in moving our personal furniture yesterday. Cassius, Tony, Victor and Bashawn displayed not only skill and professionalism while handling out possessions, but were caring and friendly. Also, the entire move, in my opinion, was done more quickly than I expected. If ever there is such a thing as a pleasant move, this was it.
