we went to civilizzation for the going out of business sale. We went twice to get the best possible price. My wife got a bid and I got a bid. When we went back to purchace the furniture, they would not honor the price they gave my wife. Their own liquidator gave her the price, and because we had both been in the store they tried to make us pay the higher price. I hope they really are going out of business. I have now heard 3 other stories from other people having problems with them. They are Shysters and hopefully this going out of business is the final time. I would never purchace anything from them.
