The thing I have appreciated most is the fact that since I live in Pratt (80 miles West of Wichita) you have always worked me in. This time I was coming from a conference in Manhattan and needed to go through Wichita. I called just to see if you could get me in and you did. Saved me making a special trip to Wichita.
