i just went to jax for oil change today.. I got bad experience over there. My car need oil 5w-20, which typically shown on cab, but they put the 5W-30 into. When i found that on completely woke list, i go back immediately to shop. Mechanic cheated to me that he made a mistake on typing into computer but he really put 5W-20 on. I then asking for garbage bottle, i saw only 5w-30 bottle in garbage. They could not show me the 5w-20 bottle. What they did just change on item oil to be W5-20 in the completely work list that they have done...
I pay them for VIP cost 59.99$ to get a wrong oil for my car without any responsibility... SO SUCK SERVICE.
