Horrible service now.They used to be much better. The chronological order of the reviews confirmed my experience. Wonder whether this is caused by bad supervisor/manager at the facility.Brought my car for a carwash. I used to pay $15. Without asking me first the guy at the computer enter a service for Vip and Express Drive - Pur, a total of $53.40. He then talked me into accepting it, promising that the car would get great care. I then got a service worth less than $15. At the end they forgot the Express Drive-Pur until I reminded them. When I wanted to put my grocery in the car, I discovered the back of the car wasn't vacuum at all. I was pretty upset. Not only was I tricked into this so call better car wash service for $53.40, I felt ripped off. The manager showed bad customer service skill too. Instead of apologizing to an unhappy customer he yelled at me and telling me that the back of the car was not included in the $53.40 service. When I asked for his name he refused to give it.
