Today, I was treated in such a way that it still has me shocked. I visited The Peace Pipe Smoke Shop in Ft. Lauderdale, where I was an employee almost three years ago, to buy some incense since I was across the street. I was greeted with a warm hello by an employee before the owner, Mathew Ward, came out of his office. After some small talk his whole demeanor changed and started talking about visiting a location and how this location has him upset, after trying to change the conversation by asking how his baby was and complimenting the amount of things in the store, he kept pushing on how this store has him upset. He then orders me to look in his eyes like he has some sort of authority over me and then starts accusing me and two other past employees of taking product lines and even products from his store. I told him that I was only there to buy incense and not have any problems with anyone being that its been so long since I've worked there. He then accused me even more of fishing in his store for ideas, walked to the other room and stated ""I don't know what you're doing or who you think you are but you better bounce before you get bounced on the floor"" I proceeded to say bye to the person working there and told the owner how rude I found him and thanked him for this experience. After I left the store he proceeded to follow me to my car stating ""I have it coming for me, you're gonna get it one day."" pointing at me and making gestures like he's going to punch me in the face. I then asked him ""Is that a threat?"" He replied ""That's a threat and a promise."" I have never been treated in such an unprofessional, and rude manner in my entire life. I will never, ever step foot within the premises of The Peace Pipe again till the day my ashes are scattered and I hope not even an atom of ash touches such a horrible place. I will not take this lightly and will pursue justice to the fullest extent. Do what you will, but I ask you never to visit or support such an unprofessional business. Thank you for reading.\r
