Zach was very courteous and accommodating throughout the whole process. He kept me informed about the project as to when to expect certain tradesmen, inspectors, or installations. He demonstrated outstanding expertise as to how to preform the details of the various phases of the job. He was cordial with all the subcontractors and inspectors. He also wa very knowledgable about the project and offered advice when he thought I would need to know something in the future.
