Second review of this fine establishment and I am more impressed than ever. I was originally supposed to have an appointment for the next day, but someone cancelled and they were nice enough to offer me the new appointment. I was 11 minutes late and was met at the door by Dr. Carolyn Kittell with caring concern, making sure my trip in from my work was okay and that I was all set for my new appointment. I was shown into my room immediately and was introduced to a new dental assistant who was also adorable. I am sorry to say I didn’t write her name down, but I think it was Kaitlyn. I was scheduled for a root canal and because I am new to this procedure, everything was explained in detail including my after-care instructions. During the procedure, it was made sure throughout that I was never in any pain. If anything became even slightly uncomfortable, the procedure was stopped and I was numbed up again. Dr. Kittell never once rushed the procedure, even when it got close to lunch time. I was kept comfortable and entertained throughout the procedure. To make this appointment even better, Dr. Kittell called the following morning to make sure I was okay and not in any pain. I have NEVER had a physician of any kind follow up with me to make sure their care was appropriate. I am truly impressed by the professionalism of this dental practice. I will never suggest anyone to go anywhere else. Thank you for showing every health care profession how true professionals act towards their patients.
