I am a former employee of Courtyard and it was the most beautiful, loving environment ever. A change was made in management after 12 years of the previous administration and everything went downhill from there.
Wonderful news. Old management is back and the rude management up and ran off_GONE. That is wonderful news for the staff and residents at courtyard retirement community. I guarantee you that if you visit now you will NOT get that cold, rude unwelcoming feeling. Please try visiting again.
