Rescue Rooter (ARS) was selected from my American Home Shield contract. I was called by ARS shortly after I contacted AHC. I was asked when a convenient time would be to have ARS send a technician. I was told they would arrive within a 3 hour window on Friday between 1 and 3. Shane called me about 12:30 to let me know he would be arriving around 1:00. Shane arrived right on time. He listened to everything I had to say, and then went into great detail as to what the problem probably was, how he would correct it and what the costs would be. He didn't have the part required, but said he would be back on Saturday morning at 10:30. Shane arrived right on time Saturday, and called me before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He fixed the issues I had with my pressure regulator and my expansion tank. He adjusted the pressure to the most efficient level, Double checked it to make sure it was set correctly. He didn't replace what I thought was bad because it didn't need it. He did a great job, was professional, cleaned up after he was done, made sure he explained everything to me and recommend ways to keep my system running properly. I will recommend ARS because of the experience I had with Shane. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but at least with ARS I feel my money was spent wisely and for the right reasons.
