DO NOT USE!! Guaranteed us that the $750 work he did would stop the leak on our roof. Roof started leaking again within a month. We asked for our money back after he wouldn't come back out to look at the roof he supposedly fixed. He said he'd put it towards a new roof. Also told our tenants we were too cheap to buy a new roof. Why would we buy a new roof if you gaurantee your work to fix the problem? Unprofessional and Dishonest. DO NOT USE!! Used another roofer for half the money and hasn't been a leak since (3 months).
