When I called Maine Chimney to ask for an appt, they scheduled one for the next day. (We had a leak somewhere that was causing the carpet around our fireplace to get wet). The serviceman that came out was very friendly. He listened to my problem thoroughly, before going up on the roof to look. He came back down, told me what he thought the problem was, and was able to fix it that day. The fee was very reasonable.
The best part, however, was that he called back in 2 days to ask how we did (since it rained the next day). Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved & he recommended that we would have to do some major deconstruction to solve the problem. He was very caring & nice though. I'd recommend him to others. It's not his fault we had a weird situation!
