Review content:
I was looking for a ""BIG FOOT"" camper for quite some time. As my budget did not allow for a new one I was looking for a well priced used one. It is quite a challenge to find one of those and after extensive search I found one on the web that fit my needs. I am from Los Angeles and the Camper was in Tempe Arizona at TOMS CAMPERLAND. After several phone conversations with Zach the manager there I decided this is what I wanted and I put a down payment over the phone on my credit card and asked them to hold it till I was able to make it out to Arizona to pick the camper up. Several weeks later my wife and I drove to Tempe to pick up the camper. As promised everything was ready for me. Our agreement was also that they would rig my Pick up and install the unit on the back of my truck. I must add that when I saw the camper I got cold feet and was not sure that I wanted to take it anymore. Due to no fault of the dealer I was overwhelmed with the work I thought it needed. I asked Zach what would happen if I wanted to back out of the deal, after all I already had given them the down payment and they did prepare it for install. To my surprise Zach told me that he would return my deposit in full with no problems and he hoped that he could earn my business another time. That really impressed me and I asked him to walk me through the camper one more time. We checked together that everything he promised was there and it was. I then decided to yes take the unit and as by then it was afternoon already they could not complete the installation of the camper onto the back of my truck till the next day. To our surprise Zach offered us a loaner car so that we did not have to rent a car. We drove up to Sedona to do some sightseeing and as promised the next day before noon we got a call letting us know the truck was ready for pick up. Everything was as promised, we made it back to Los Angeles safely and are excited to go on trips with our ""BIG FOOT"" Tom's Camperland treated us the best way possible and we are glad that there are still businesses around that know what honesty and customer service means.
