I got a truck loan through fort financial, I never recieved a payment book . I called and asked numerous times for a payment book that I never recieved . I missed a few payments due to not having the book so then I owed late fees . When I went to pay the truck of I called and got the payoff , I the. Paid that amount . I never recieved my title. ,so I call back they then tell me I owe more money yet . So I tell them to send me a bill . So they did and all the bill said was fort financial $150 that was it didn't explain where all the extra money was coming from so I called back just to get more run around . Long story short I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone else to use fort financial .
