For a truly unique dining experience, one must try The Fort. Built to look like Bent’s Fort, the restaurant serves traditional food of the Old West: elk, buffalo, and similar game animals, as well as dishes you won’t find elsewhere. The prices reflect the fine dining experience as well as the uniqueness of the restaurant, but believe me – it’s worth it! A night at The Fort will be an experience you’ll never forget!
