I would give 0 if Possible. The very worst Animal Hospital doctors and management. Outrageous prices. Was not allowed to be with my 12 year old MinPin for emergency treatment. She was terrified. Gasping for breath. 850$ s later - supposedly saving me money, Sent me home with antibiotics & instructions to keep her in a bathroom with humidifier. She was diagnosed with Pneumonia. She could not vet, drink, barely breath how was in supposed to give her pills? hours later took her back panicked. They put her on Oxygen and another 1700$. I stupidly left her there for help. They NEVER called. I called to say I was coming back - oh we were just going to call you with updated fees!! Got back to be with her - by herself in a box looking terrible, lonely & pathetic. Totally traumatised begged for alternative choices. The doctor made me feel like a monster asking for palliative care do I could take her home to be in her own bed with me. Totally money grubbing all they care about is the income NOT
