I made the mistake of leaving my fiance and my three rambunctious pups alone for an entire week while I went to visit my family. Cut to one week later and my carpet miraculously sprung a hole, my blinds are half missing and there are scratch marks all over our walls. I can paint the walls and fix the blinds, but I can't fix the carpet.
I was a bit nervous to have carpet repaired - would it be noticeable? How much would it cost? Should I just replace the entire carpet? I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and the person I spoke to on the phone was very professional, informative and upfront about the repair process. He answered all of my questions, quoted me a cost to repair and even scheduled a tech to repair my carpet the same day. I received an email with appointment information and a call from the tech, Keith letting me know when he would arrive. Keith was very professional and an expert at fixing my carpet! He was done in no time at all and everything looks good as new! I couldn't be more pleased with the company, the service or the final outcome of having my carpet repaired. I'm glad I took a chance at having the carpet repaired instead of fully replaced.
