Bruce Murphy was my agent for 10 years, during which time I didn't have a lot of need for the additional customer service that an agent provides. HOWEVER, I moved to Canada and was recently asked to obtain information about my previous policies (from 5 years ago) - it was an odd request, and while I am no longer a client and will never be again, Bruce got back to me immediately and mailed a letter to me within a week. I know for a fact, having worked for an insurance company in the past, that a request like that made directly to Farmer's would have bounced around forever with no one being able to help me. I also really appreciate that he went out of his way to satisfy a request from a former customer and did so very quickly and helpfully.
