Review content:
This was the absolute WORST business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The service here is garbage and I've never felt so disrespected in my life. My car was towed after a week of expired registration from my apartment complex, but that wasn't the issue. I go to pay the ridiculous $172.50 for my car, and soon after I find that my car is stuck between two rows of vehicles with no way out. I tell the lady behind the glass and ask if there is any way to get my car out. She replies, saying, ""What do you want me to do, move it with my hands...?"" After being left hanging for 10 minutes while she was talking to her friend over the phone, and some more smart ass remarks, she tells me its going to be at least two more hours before another driver can get back to remove the vehicle blocking my car. Before I could give my contact information for them to reach me when it's done, she asks, ""Are you just gonna stand there the whole time?"" This was honestly the worst fucking service I've ever had. I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business, considering the people there are beyond rude and their way of handling problems is ridiculous.
